
Specializing in asana, pranayama, and anatomy, Neha Baliyan was born and raised in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Her introduction to yoga began in childhood through the reading of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, an experience that left a lasting impression on her and shaped her early interest in yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
After completing her graduation, she chose to pursue a professional path in yoga. She earned her M.A. in Yoga and Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, followed by a PGDM in Yoga and Science from the University of Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar. She later completed her Ph.D. in Yoga and Science of Living from Jain Vishva Bharti University, Ladnun, Rajasthan, further strengthening her academic foundation in the field.
Neha went on to teach yoga professionally and worked with the central government of India, bringing yoga education to rural villages in Rajasthan. During her studies, she also served as a yoga instructor for several institutions. Highly qualified and accomplished, she is an expert in asana, pranayama, anatomy & physiology, and meditation. Neha is deeply committed to her students’ growth, encouraging them to move beyond physical limitations and embrace a healthier way of life.
