A registered nurse with many years of training and practice in the UK’s National Health Service, he holds an English Nursing Board specialty in cardiothoracic intensive care and was part of the team at London’s renowned Royal Brompton National Heart and Lung Hospital. His background also extends beyond the UK, with professional experience in several other countries and volunteer work in humanitarian heart clinics and surgeries in Fiji.

Neal’s personal connection to family addiction has strengthened his commitment to supporting guests who come to Tabula Rasa to make meaningful changes in their lives. With deep clinical knowledge, broad international experience, and a calm, reassuring manner, he helps create an environment where safety and care remain at the forefront.
