Nayaswamis Haridas and Roma bring decades of experience in spiritual leadership, teaching, and community service to their work. From 1995 to 2001, they served as Spiritual Directors of the Ananda Meditation Retreat, where they also led Ananda’s Discipleship Training Program. Their path has included guiding the Ananda Sacramento Community as co-directors and supporting the Ananda Palo Alto Community before being transferred to India by Swami Kriyananda in 2005.
In India, they shared their teachings widely through classes and workshops across the country. In 2012, they founded the Ananda Bangalore Center and continued as Spiritual Directors there for 14 years. Their background reflects a deep commitment to meditation, spiritual growth, and supporting individuals and communities on the path.
