Namaste, my name is Navin, and I have been deeply devoted to yoga and teaching for many years. My spiritual path began in childhood, when my grandfather introduced me to rituals and the deeper dimensions of spiritual practice. Those early moments sparked a lasting curiosity and a lifelong connection to yoga.
I am a warm, enthusiastic, and motivated teacher who truly enjoys supporting others on their journey. Through a range of courses, I have developed experience in several yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Arm Balancing, Pranayama, and meditation. As a teacher, my intention is to create a calm and supportive space where students feel encouraged to discover balance in both mind and body.
In 2023, I had the opportunity to teach yoga classes in Vietnam. During that time, I expanded my practice by learning and teaching more contemporary forms of yoga, including Aerial Yoga and Stick Yoga. This experience broadened my understanding of the evolving nature of yoga and gave me the chance to connect with students in fresh and creative ways.
Before becoming a teacher, I worked in mountaineering and adventure sports, which strengthened my appreciation for the stillness and beauty of the mountains. Although I valued the excitement of that world, I eventually chose yoga because of the risks involved in that profession. Even so, my love for nature remains strong, and I continue to enjoy trekking, climbing, and spending time outdoors.
Yoga has brought deep purpose into my life, and I am grateful to share this transformative path with my students. Together, we explore the richness and beauty of the practice.
