
The path to my work as a mindful yoga teacher unfolded in a completely unexpected way, yet the very first class made my heart burst with pure joy. That deep sense of being exactly where I am meant to be has guided me ever since. Through an ongoing process of self-discovery, I continue to understand myself more deeply, beyond all conditioning. My training includes solid knowledge of anatomy, Thai yoga massage, yin yoga, pranayama, meditation, and trauma-sensitive yoga practices. This broad expertise has always been supported by an experienced mentor who has guided me along the way. To nurture my inner balance, I spend time in a retreat at least once a year. These sacred pauses are essential, offering the rare chance to devote myself fully to myself. Such time away brings me steadily closer to my true nature and helps me rediscover my authentic self.
