Hello, and welcome. I’m Natalie, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Psychologist with a passion for supporting adolescents and adults. My background spans schools, private practice, hospitals, outpatient programs, and residential treatment facilities, giving me a broad and well-rounded perspective in my work with clients.
I work with adults and adolescents ages 13 and up, and I believe therapy should always be shaped around each person’s unique needs, story, personality, interests, and goals. In my practice, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and value a collaborative approach that supports growth, discovery, and meaningful change.
Laughter and humor are also important to me, as I find they can help build genuine connection in the therapeutic space. I am currently exploring Ketamine Assisted Therapy and hope to offer it to clients in the future. Above all, I strive to create a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental environment where people feel safe to be themselves.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, being outdoors—especially near water—and gardening. I look forward to hearing your story and walking alongside you on your journey.
"Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it. Embracing our vulnerabilities is risky, but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and belonging and joy - the experiences that make us the most vulnerable. Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light." - Brené Brown
