
Cover teacher Natalie Bourke began her yoga journey in 2013, and it quickly became a meaningful part of her life. Drawn to the confidence, grounding, and sense of connection that yoga brings, she developed a deep appreciation for the practice and the positive impact it can have both on and off the mat.
After recently completing her yoga teacher training, Natalie felt inspired to share that same experience with others. Her teaching is rooted in support, encouragement, and a genuine passion for helping people feel more confident, more connected, and more at ease in themselves. She brings a warm presence to each class, creating space for students to explore yoga in a way that feels accessible and empowering.
