With more than forty years of study and practice behind him, Narada brings a depth of experience shaped by life at an ashram and his work as a Chinese Medicine practitioner. His path in yoga has been guided by learning with a number of teachers, while his strongest connection has been with Swami Nischalananda Saraswati, founder of Mandala Yoga Ashram.
In his teaching, Narada shares yoga as something universal, a practice he sees as relevant to every person rather than tied to any single culture. His approach blends insight, warmth, and humour, creating a space that feels both thoughtful and accessible. Whether teaching in person or online at the ashram, he invites students into a grounded exploration of yoga that is informed by long experience and a sincere respect for its wider philosophy.
