Her technical and managerial expertise is broad, precise, and well developed across all areas of spa operations. She is committed to handling every detail with care, helping prevent discomfort and ensuring each guest enjoys a smooth wellness journey guided by dedication and passion.
She is especially enthusiastic about designing wellness programs that offer memorable, out-of-the-ordinary experiences, such as Ayurvedic Shirodara treatment, Thai Hammam, and creative activities including natural lip balm making, organic soap making, aromatic candle making, and ceramic painting. She continues to follow the latest spa and wellness trends to create a refined service menu and support operational excellence. In addition, she brings a strong sense of responsibility to managerial tasks, always aiming to exceed guest satisfaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets and going to church for spiritual practice.
