
Khun Tum began his path in 2012 with a five-year holistic study of science and sports, graduating with First Class Honors and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science from Kasetsart University in Thailand. He then deepened his knowledge of sport performance through science-based methods, health care techniques, and a wide range of complementary disciplines, including yogic science, Pilates, water exercise, nutrition, coaching, injury prevention, and physical rehabilitation.
He also completed an internship at the physical therapy clinic at Siriraj Hospital in Bangkok. With extensive experience in fitness centers and a large gymnasium in southern Thailand, he has worked as an exercise instructor in both private one-on-one sessions and group classes such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Flow Yoga, Calisthenics, TRX, core exercise, HIIT, TABATA, MuayThai, Fit Ball, and Aqua Aerobic.
Driven by his passion for movement and wellness, he earned a professional Pilates license from Balanced Body and a Fitness Personal Trainer certification from Fit Thailand Institute. Today, he is ready to welcome Amatara guests with motivation, support, and a thoughtful understanding of what each body needs to move toward optimal fitness and peak performance.
