I've always been in motion, I've been dancing most of my life and learning about the world of dance. Yoga came into my life when I most needed to stop and turn inwards, to my body and my mind. For me, yoga is a practice to prepare the body for movement, an opportunity to rest, to calm down and come back to myself, to explore my physical and spiritual possibilities and to face myself.
