Monica Gentile is a dance artist, Hatha yoga and medical Qi Gong teacher, and laughter yoga leader. Her path in movement began at the age of four and has grown over more than three decades into a deep exploration of embodiment, healing, and self-discovery. Blending dance, martial arts, Qi Gong, and meditation, she invites others into practices that nurture vitality, awareness, and balance.
At ASHA, Monica offers both one-on-one and group sessions, supporting participants in reconnecting with their bodies and awakening their natural joy and creativity. With gentle guidance and a compassionate presence, she helps build confidence, deepen embodiment, and encourage each person to meet the moment with care and mindfulness.
