
Moni’s journey into yoga began with a deep fascination for its healing power. What she experienced went far beyond the physical practice, touching the mind and spirit in equally meaningful ways. In 2013, she attended her first Ashtanga yoga class without realizing how profoundly it would shape her path.
From there, she explored a variety of styles, gradually discovering the practice that felt most authentic to her. Today, her personal approach is rooted mainly in Rocket and Yin, blending strength, energy, and softness in a way that reflects her own evolution as a teacher.
With warmth and curiosity, Moni brings a thoughtful presence to every session, inviting students to connect more deeply with themselves through movement, awareness, and balance.
