Yoga has played an important role in my path, first as a personal practice and later as something I felt inspired to share. I completed my first training in 2019 to deepen my own understanding, and after another training in 2023, teaching felt like the natural next step. Since then, I have been guiding others through movement, breath, and connection.
I’m drawn to strong, flowing practices that develop strength and flexibility, while staying rooted in the belief that yoga should meet the needs of each body. Whether the class calls for a dynamic Vinyasa, a deep stretch, or a quiet pause, I adapt my teaching to support people exactly where they are.
Outside of yoga, I’m passionate about holistic health, Ayurveda, massage therapy, and women’s well-being, with a special interest in womb health and cycles. For me, yoga is more than movement on the mat—it is a way to reconnect, feel at home in the body, and create balance in everyday life.
Arrive as you are, move in the way you need, and let the practice unfold from there.
