
About six years ago, I stepped into my first yoga class in New York City, and that experience set me on a path that continues to shape my life today. Since then, I have felt a strong calling to share the profound and authentic teachings I received in India with people in Japan.
My approach to yoga goes beyond movement on the mat. I see it as a way of life — one that can support inner peace, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of connection with ourselves and others. Through my teaching, I hope to create a space where students can explore yoga in a meaningful and accessible way, while discovering its wider impact on daily life.
