
Mila is the co-founder and director of Samudra, bringing a thoughtful blend of yoga, teaching, and creative expression to her work. A yoga teacher with a special focus on pranayama and Vedic philosophy, she draws on a rich background that bridges movement, breath, and wisdom traditions. Her path also includes experience as a former actress and performing arts educator, along with a Master’s degree in Pedagogics, giving her a grounded and engaging approach to guiding others.
Her training spans Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, meditation, Eastern philosophy, and integrative wellness disciplines. She also brings knowledge of plant-based nutrition, Reiki, Tai Chi, tarot, and astrology, reflecting a broad and holistic perspective. Through her teaching, Mila creates an inspiring space for awareness, inner balance, and deeper connection, inviting students to explore both the practical and philosophical dimensions of yoga.
