Based in France, Mika has spent more than 25 years teaching. His style is grounded in tradition yet fully connected to the present moment. He first studied Ashtanga with Baptiste Marceau, then spent years in the Himalayas with a Hindu swami, including a period in a cave in Gangotri where meditation became central. He later travelled to New York to study Jivamukti with Sharon Gannon. These experiences, together with decades of practice and travel, inform the way he teaches today.
In class, he invites you to stay focused while also enjoying the process. Mika brings a kind, supportive approach that helps soften ingrained patterns and nurture a healthier relationship with yourself, with others and with the world around you. Outside the studio, he creates music and writes, and that artistic energy is felt as soon as the session begins.

Earth: grounding asana to steady and stabilise
Ether: stillness arrives and meditation closes the practice
Expect a clear rhythm, thoughtful sequencing and room to explore at your own pace.
