Mika Childs is an accomplished Yamuna® Body Rolling (YBR) practitioner with extensive experience in physical and mental wellbeing education. With more than 10 years in the field, she made history in 2010 as Hong Kong’s first certified YBR instructor. Before focusing on body wellness, Mika spent 12 years working as a cabin attendant, then another 2 years as a trainer in the airline industry. This background strengthened her ability to understand and respond to individual needs with care and precision. After returning to Tokyo, her homeland, three years ago, Mika has continued to share her knowledge and support greater body sustainability within her community. As a pioneer in YBR and a dedicated body coach, she is helping to advance holistic health and wellbeing.
About Yamuna Method: Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) is a self-care method that combines stretching, massage, and relaxation therapy to help tone muscles, improve alignment, and support circulation through specially designed balls. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, it encourages you to listen to your body’s needs and work toward optimal condition. Because it can be practised anywhere, the Yamuna balls become a personal therapist for a holistic approach to wellbeing.
About Yamuna Face Saver: Yamuna Face Saver (YFS) introduces a new approach to facial care, supporting natural beauty by stimulating the skin, bones, and muscles for better alignment and lift. It addresses wrinkles, tension headaches, eye strain, and jaw issues by teaching how to release stress patterns. The method also promotes muscle activation, improved circulation, and more expressive facial movement, helping to counter the effects of ageing and gravity.
About Yamuna Foot Fitness: Yamuna Foot Fitness (YFF) revitalises the feet using the Yamuna Foot Waker to target specific areas of the sole, improve flexibility, and activate dormant muscles and bones. This practice helps restore the feet’s natural movement and alignment, which is essential for overall body support. By teaching proper walking techniques, it also supports comfortable movement and helps prevent issues such as bunions and knee pain.
