My journey into this field did not begin in a classroom, but through a deep inner calling to understand healing and what it truly means to make oneself a home. That calling led me along two distinct yet parallel streams of knowledge, which now come together in the way I work.
One stream comes from the demanding world of clinical psychotherapy, therapeutic accompaniment, crisis intervention, and psychedelic reorganization expertise. This clinical perspective offers the grounded, trauma-informed structure that deep exploratory work requires. It helps ensure that each step we take together is safe, steady, and paced according to your unique capacity.
The other stream rises from the ancient source of ancestral wisdom. Through years of committed study with Indigenous elders and wisdom keepers in the Americas—relationships I continue to nurture through ongoing reciprocity—I have been humbled to learn earth-based ways of knowing. These traditions, which form the deep roots of all psychedelic work, teach a relational worldview, respect for the unseen, and the sacred role of healing in community.
In my practice, these two streams meet. The clinical provides the “how”: tools for nervous system regulation and trauma processing. The ancestral provides the “why”: connection to spirit, purpose, and the web of life. We work with somatic awareness to create the inner safety needed to welcome the profound insights that plant medicines can reveal. My commitment is to ethical practice, cultural humility, and my own ongoing inner work. I walk alongside you as a compassionate, knowledgeable ally, helping you weave the threads of your healing into a tapestry of personal responsibility and expansion.
My work is not a one-time intervention, but a collaborative journey into the heart of who you are. It is a structured, relational process designed to support profound and lasting change by weaving together the insights of psychedelic experience with embodied everyday life. Our work unfolds in three interconnected phases: Phase 1: The Foundation – Deep Preparation (Initial Consultation, Intention Setting, Inner Resourcing); Phase 2: The Experience – Your Sovereign Journey (empowering you for whatever path you choose); Phase 3: The Integration – Weaving Insight into Life (Making Sense and Meaning, Reorganizing, Creating a New Story). In honor of the delicate wisdom of tradition and the direct power of Western techniques, I bring them together in a flowing continuity.
