Since childhood, I have been involved in various sports such as dancing, volleyball and horse riding, so physical activity is an integral part of my lifestyle! I am very happy to have discovered Pilates as a sport that strengthens all the muscles of the body, develops the cardio-respiratory system, improves the lines of the body, relieves back pain and pain in the large joints, and improves our emotional well-being, because after all, after every workout the smile on your face only increases!
