Description

About Michelangelo Barone

Michelangelo “Milo” Barone brings more than a decade of study and practice in behavioral therapy to his work, combining clinical insight with a grounded, compassionate approach. For six years in Massachusetts, he specialized in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), supporting clients with autism and those navigating challenges with emotion regulation.

His ongoing work also includes extensive study and practice of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a branch of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) centered on practical tools for everyday life. Through this approach, he helps cultivate mindfulness, build distress tolerance, strengthen emotional regulation, and navigate interpersonal situations with greater ease and clarity.

Beyond his therapeutic background, Milo is also an active performer, singer, dancer, and choreographer based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the Boston Gay Men’s Chorus, bringing creativity, expression, and presence to both his artistic and professional life.
