
Michal Topolski holds an MA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, bringing a thoughtful academic foundation to his work in wellbeing and mental health.
His particular focus is the therapeutic potential of psychedelics, with a strong interest in supporting people navigating anxiety and depression. Alongside this, he integrates a consistent mindfulness practice into everyday life, drawing on meditation and related approaches to stay grounded and present.
Michal’s perspective on wellbeing is both broad and practical. He is also a passionate advocate for the healing and transpersonal benefits of connection with nature, seeing it as an important part of personal growth and restoration. In addition, his long-standing relationship with food and healthy eating reflects more than 15 years of experience working as a chef across the UK.
He is currently completing a Professional Certificate in Psychedelic Practice, continuing to deepen his knowledge and strengthen his approach within this evolving field.
