With a background in Pilates, Bikram, Vinyasa, and massage, this teacher brings a well-rounded and deeply informed approach to movement and wellbeing. In 2003, while living and working in Hong Kong, a demanding pace of life and a knee injury led to a personal search for support and balance. Yoga soon became a powerful part of that journey, offering both physical challenge and meaningful mental clarity.
That experience shaped a teaching style rooted in resilience, body awareness, and mindful practice. Over the years, the training path has expanded through the Bikram Yoga College of India Teacher Training in Hawaii in 2007, followed by Sivananda Teacher Training in Madurai, India, and Inferno Hot Pilates in Mallorca. Students can expect guided sessions that reflect both discipline and sensitivity, with attention to strength, recovery, and inner focus.
