Mesa Elaine

Certified as both a yoga teacher and a SUP yoga instructor, Mesa Elaine brings a grounded, nature-inspired approach to every class she leads. Born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, she developed a deep connection to Mother Earth from an early age — a presence that continues to shape her teaching style today. After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Colorado Springs, she moved to Mexico, where she immersed herself more fully in her practice and began teaching on a regular basis.

In the summer of 2020, Mesa expanded her expertise by completing SUP yoga training, adding a fresh and playful dimension to her offerings. Her background reflects both discipline and a love of movement in natural surroundings, creating space for students to explore balance, breath, and mindfulness with confidence. Whether on the mat or on the water, her sessions invite a deeper sense of connection, steadiness, and flow.
