Melody is a multistyle yoga teacher from Argentina, now based in Berlin. She is certified in Oxygen Advantage Yoga Instructor training, a science-based breathwork methodology, and also holds qualifications in Gong and Trauma-Aware Facilitation. Across all three areas, her work centers on nervous system regulation, using breath and sound to support a real shift in state.
After moving from Argentina, Melody has called Berlin home for the past six years. Her training is clearly defined: she is a certified Oxygen Advantage Yoga Instructor with further background in Gong and Trauma-Aware Facilitation. These disciplines share a common thread in her teaching — a focus on the nervous system and on using breath and sound to move beyond physical exercise alone.
Her classes blend Vinyasa, Yin, and breathwork, with sound woven throughout. The Gong is used intentionally, not as background atmosphere, but as a practical tool to help the nervous system move through activation and settle back into rest.
Melody’s view is direct: yoga is not about perfecting a shape. It is about returning to the body with honesty, steadiness, and no need to perform. That is the kind of space she aims to create.
Yoga is not about perfect shapes — it is about coming home to yourself, with honesty and care.
