


Melissa Stewart is dedicated to supporting students in nourishing mind, body, and spirit through an inspiring and personal approach, both on and off the mat. Her teaching is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that feels intelligent, skillful, and enjoyable, while also encouraging a healthier, more balanced way of living.
With more than 500 hours of training as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Melissa brings a strong foundation to her classes. She has also expanded her expertise with Chakra and Asana Certification, allowing her to weave chakra energy into her teachings for a deeper and more mindful experience. In addition to yoga, Melissa has a passion for food and is certified in Raw Food & Alkaline Nutrition as well as Vegan Nutrition, reflecting her holistic approach to wellness and everyday vitality.
