A PATH OF INTEGRITY – A BIT ABOUT ME
The three main tools that form my system are also the path I continue to walk.
Plant Medicine Path
I have chosen to dedicate my life to studying how to serve Ayahuasca and other plant remedies from the Amazon jungle, learning directly from tribes who have carried this wisdom for millennia. I am honored to study with the Shipibo tribe in Peru and to have been initiated by Maestro Don Enrique Lopez in the masculine lineage and by my Maestro Wilder in the feminine lineage. Through this path, I received the knowledge and privilege of becoming an official ayahuasquera and an apprentice under their guidance. So far, I have completed three dietas, and I feel deeply called by these spirits to learn and serve.
Yoga Path
I have practiced yoga for the past 10 years, and the call to become a teacher two years ago transformed both my practice and my understanding of this powerful tool for a meaningful life. What yoga brings to medicine work is a more inclusive understanding of how daily practice supports integration, and how a life lived with integrity is the only way to embody what the spirits teach.
Coaching Path
Psychosynthesis, the psychology of the soul, is my favorite coaching approach because it places you at the center. It sees you as a whole and complete being, with your own inner wisdom supported by the guidance of a coach who helps you find your answers. A coach is important because we sometimes need a mirror to recognize what is already there, along with the right tools to support your exploration. I see you as a soul in a beautiful process of blossoming, not as a patient to be fixed or a child to be told what to do. My intention is to support and empower you.
