
For more than 16 years, this teacher has been guiding meditation retreats and witnessing their powerful impact both personally and professionally. Her background includes leading retreats, owning a meditation studio in downtown Pomona, California, and training mindfulness facilitators at UCLA Mindful. Today, as part of the Big Bear Retreat Center team, she continues to support others in finding the space, clarity, and connection that retreats can offer.
Alongside her retreat work, she serves as a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider and facilitates support groups. Drawing on her experience as a former ordained Zen Buddhist monk, she brings depth, presence, and authenticity to every setting. For her, mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a lifelong path of growth, healing, and community.
