Description

ABOUT ME
Since childhood, I've been closely connected to nature - the sound of the lake and the chorus of frogs on summer evenings were my lullabies. Nature has always been a close friend to me - calm, embracing, listening. The time spent among forests and waters has remained as the brightest memories of my childhood, full of happiness, freedom and a sense of life.

FINDINGS
While studying business management, I started to find my true path. in 2018, I participated in an awareness camp where I heard the sounds of gongs for the first time. In that moment, my body melted and my soul lightened - I experienced a deep sense of release and joy. The gong master I approached after the session looked at me and said: "You are going to be a sound master." In that moment, I felt something awaken in me, as if I had found the first thread of the thread that would lead me to my vocation.

MEDA MOHINI
My path became clearer in the summer of 2020, when I went on the Yoga Teacher Training. There, I was born again - I took the name Mohini. On the last day of the course, as I silently asked myself in the sunshine, "What's next?", a dragonfly landed on my foot. It was a sign - a calm and clear answer that the journey was just beginning.
A month later, I found myself in the Land of Dragonflies, learning the art of harmonious sounds. I didn't leave there alone - a shamanic drum was born in my hands and the light of a new beginning in my heart.

HERE AND NOW
in 2023, my heart led me to the Loving Space, where I began to deepen my practice of the art of Innerdance. This experience connected me to the present moment - here I felt a true state of oneness and a quiet, deep sense of peace. From this silence the name Here and Now was born. In the autumn of the same year, we opened the doors of a wellness studio with the same name in Biržai. Since then, I have been caught up in the flow of activities I love - sounds, movement, breathing, sharing and communion have become a part of my daily life.

NEPALAS
2024 was the year of silence and depth. Through silent retreats and meditation with Buddhist nuns, I felt a new invitation to go on a pilgrimage to Nepal. It was a dream come true - since my teenage years I had felt drawn to the Himalayas and their wisdom. Travelling through sacred places has opened my soul to spiritual experiences and given me the ability to look at life from above with gratitude and trust.
The grandeur of the Himalayas reinforced my belief that everything happens in its own time - in perfect order. A soul of wisdom I met in the mountains, a reclusive sadhu, uttered words that have stayed with me as a sign of direction: travel with your heart. Since then, I have been walking that path - quietly, step by step, listening to my inner guidance.
