Mayank Rajput is a respected yoga master whose path into the practice began far from a studio, on the playgrounds of Rishikesh, the sacred Land of Sages. His first inspiration came at just 10 years old, when his school physical education teacher introduced him to yoga. That early moment became the starting point of a lifelong dedication. Coming from Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, he carries forward the authentic lineage of the Himalayan Masters.
After earning a Master’s degree in Yoga, Mayank began teaching in a local fitness center. What started as a modest beginning soon grew into an international career shaped by his depth of knowledge and natural teaching ability. For the past 10 years, he has shared his expertise across different countries and cultural settings. A true traveler and “Yogi on the Go,” he lives by the spirit of “Eat, Pray, and Yoga.” More than a yoga master, Mayank serves as a living bridge between the ancient wisdom of the Himalayas and the modern world. With his roots in Rishikesh and a decade of global teaching experience, his guidance remains both authentic and relevant.
Mayank is especially known for yoga therapy, using traditional methods to support healing and physical alignment, as well as injury management, helping students move safely through practice and recovery. His teaching also includes deep anatomy and physiology, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and advanced breathwork (pranayama) and meditation. Through this integrated approach, he offers a well-rounded path to well-being.
On and off the mat, Mayank stands out for his warm humor and love of Indian dance, which bring energy and joy to his classes. His sessions combine deep anatomy and physiology insights, dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa flows, and transformative breathwork and meditation. With his engaging presence, he creates an experience that is both insightful and uplifting.
