Description

With more than a decade of experience, Maya brings depth, clarity, and adaptability to every yoga class she teaches. Her path has been shaped by a devoted study of yoga retreat and a strong commitment to ongoing practice, including 900 hours of certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Gannon Power Vinyasa Yoga under her teacher Michael Gannon. Through learning from him and assisting with his trainings, she has developed a grounded and insightful approach to teaching.

Maya is skilled at guiding classes that meet the needs of all levels, creating a supportive space where beginners and experienced practitioners alike can feel challenged and at ease. She draws on a range of techniques to help students connect with the natural state of yoga that exists within each of us, offering sessions that are both dynamic and mindful.
