Ayurvedic massage practitioner and yoga teacher, Mathilde Rondet brings a deeply human approach to care, presence, and attention.
The Sunshine of the House
Kindness, adaptability, and respect for each person’s uniqueness are at the center of her work.
Yoga
For six years, Mathilde has taught Sivananda yoga, sharing a practice that is both classical and dynamic. Her classes are shaped by breath awareness, fluid movement, and a refined sensitivity to the body. She also weaves in face yoga and an aesthetic touch, naturally extending her first career in beauty care.
She continues her training at the School of Green and Love, and has also been initiated into sound therapy and sound consciousness, further enriching her ability to guide guests into deep relaxation and inner resonance.
Massages
"Because each person is unique, massage is a journey, a story, a meditation"
Mathilde has trained in a range of massage techniques, including Abhyanga, Shiromukhābhyanga, Udvartana, and Shilābhyanga, as well as Shirodhara with Marianne Durand. At the Mains du Monde school in Montpellier, she also expanded her knowledge of back massage and seven chakras massage.
Described by one of our longest-standing guests as “the sunshine of the house,” Mathilde is radiant, joyful, and fully dedicated in everything she does. She offers a warm presence, clear intention, and an energy of unconditional love, while remaining discreet, attentive, and lively. Her luminous, authentic way of being creates yoga and care experiences that speak to both body and soul.
