Marta Diaz

We are pleased to introduce Marta, an accomplished yoga teacher with nearly ten years of teaching experience. She is a Yoga Alliance registered E-RYT500 teacher, a Yoga Nidra facilitator, a Reiki master, and a Tibetan singing bowl sound therapist. Drawing on experience gained through teaching a wide range of yoga styles around the world, Marta warmly invites you to join her in the stunning setting of Ishigaki Island.

Originally from Estonia, Marta refined her practice during extended stays in Japan and Thailand. Her more than a decade of international travels led her to create Om & Flow Yoga. Passionate about holistic well-being and personal growth, she brings an inspiring, supportive presence to every retreat. During the retreat, Marta will guide you through a personalized wellness journey designed to encourage growth and confidence, while her caring approach and broad skill set help create a truly memorable experience.
