Marta is a yoga teacher whose personal practice has been a steady presence in her life since 2014. What began as a journey of self-discovery gradually became a vocation to teach and share yoga’s transformative benefits with others. A committed Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, she has travelled to Mysore, India, to train at the Sharath Yoga Centre (SYC) and KPJAYI, experiences that profoundly influenced her understanding of discipline, devotion and the traditional Mysore method.
She is a Yoga Alliance–certified teacher, holding RYT 200 Hatha Vinyasa and 50H Yin Yoga qualifications. Her teaching style brings together strength, fluidity and stillness in a balanced way. In addition to her yoga training, Marta is a Reiki Master and is currently studying Ayurveda under the guidance of her teacher in India, allowing her to approach practice through a holistic and integrative lens.
Marta’s classes are grounded, mindful and accessible, with close attention to breath, nervous system regulation and body awareness. Whether leading an energizing flow or a slower, more introspective session, she aims to create safe and supportive spaces where students can reconnect with themselves, listen to their bodies and find inner balance. She teaches with gratitude, humility and a sincere wish to support others on their path of growth, healing and self-inquiry.
