
Marni Segal (MA, RTC) is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with extensive training in Mindfulness Based Interventions (MBIs). Alongside her Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and Psychology, she also holds a graduate certificate in Mindfulness Based Teaching and Learning and has completed training to facilitate MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MiCBT (Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) programs.
Through her work, Marni supports people in exploring the connection between thoughts and the body’s subtle sensations, and how this relationship shapes daily life. She offers a thoughtful, compassionate space where insight gained through meditation can help reduce suffering and support greater clarity and ease.
Based in Vancouver, Marni enjoys being close to her family, including her sisters, parents, nieces, and nephews, with her cockapoo Milly often by her side.
