Hi lovely people! About fifteen years ago, I discovered yoga for the first time. The inner peace I felt seemed like magic, something I had never experienced before. Since then, I have practiced yoga every day, and I even traveled to India to continue my training. There, I learned from traditional yogis and connected with the roots of yoga.
In my classes, I weave together elements of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin yoga. I also enjoy exploring different breathwork and meditation techniques. A major source of inspiration for me is my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Marlies at You Are The Buddha. Through Patanjali’s eightfold path, I learned how to calm the mind and soften suffering.
What excites me most is having the opportunity to share my knowledge and passion through the You Are The Buddha Yoga Teacher Training. It is a privilege to guide future yoga teachers on their journey. I love moving in nature, both on and off the yoga mat. For me, combining outdoor sports with yoga is the ideal way to help prevent injuries. Mentally, I also see many benefits, especially in the connection between high sensitivity and yoga.
