Mark Etkin

Bio

Mark Etkin, MD, FRCPC, Dip C, brings a thoughtful and compassionate presence to his work, with a strong focus on creating spaces where people feel supported, safe, and encouraged to grow. He is deeply committed to helping others move through their personal process with care and respect, drawing on both his clinical background and his lived experience.

After working as a general practitioner in a community clinic, Mark completed a psychiatry residency and has since focused on psychotherapy, body-mind integration, and work with unhoused people. He feels grateful to combine his medical training with his extensive Haven experience, using both as a foundation for his own growth and in service of others.
