
With more than three decades of experience, I guide you toward greater mobility and inner balance. My solid training includes a 320-hour Hatha yoga certification and Yoga Alliance E-RYS 500, along with many years of practice in Qi Gong, pilates, and work as a group instructor. This allows me to bring freshness and depth to every class. My teaching is a vibrant blend of Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Power, Luna, and Prana Flow yoga, always intuitively adapted to the energy of the group. On my retreats, meditation and powerful energy exercises in nature take center stage.
My studies in art have given me the ability to gently awaken and guide creative processes. As a certified hiking guide and energy practitioner, I often support clients in the coaching space in releasing deep-rooted themes through connection with nature. Since 2008, I have lived with my partner in Morocco, where we created a small, refined yoga hotel in 2016. My most valuable lessons have come from countless yoga desert hikes with our guests.
