Marion first encountered yoga in 2012 while studying political sciences, and it quickly became a meaningful part of her life. The connection between breath, body, and mind helped her cultivate inner strength, refine her senses, and deepen her ability to stay fully present. As she developed a regular, disciplined personal practice, the precision and intensity of Ashtanga Yoga marked a true turning point and soon became a daily source of support.
Alongside a professional path in international development in India and later in the social sector in Paris, she completed an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training with Linda Munro and Gérald Disse at Ashtanga Yoga Paris. Her decision was inspired by her meeting with Sonia, who became both a cherished teacher and a friend.
Drawing on her experience in the social sector, Marion has also collaborated with various associations to share yoga with people in vulnerable situations, including migrant women, asylum seekers, and communities in social centers. Deeply moved by the physical and mental effects of yoga in people’s lives, she chose to devote herself to continued learning and teaching across associations, companies, yoga studios, and private sessions.
Marion moved to Lisbon in September 2021 to join the Agora team and its warm community. In her classes, rooted in Ashtanga principles such as breath, bandha, drishti, and the connection between breath and movement, she encourages respect, self-listening, and the courage to go further. As a student herself, she loves exploring yoga with inspiring teachers and sharing what she learns in an accessible and inclusive way. For Marion, class is a space for joyful exploration and shared enjoyment.
