Her knowledge has been shaped by years spent preparing food for large family celebrations, social gatherings at home, and guests at a Greek estate in Evia, as well as more recently within the Anilio community. At the heart of her cooking is a deep appreciation for wholesome, flavorful Greek food, first learned from her Greek mother and passed down through generations of skilled home cooks.
Growing up surrounded by strong Greek women, Marina absorbed their techniques, practical wisdom, and treasured kitchen tips, weaving them into her own style over the years. Raised in Greece, she also grew up with a strong understanding of the connection between food and wellbeing, influenced by the teachings of Hippocrates and her mother’s medical background. Following a career in medicine herself, Marina continues to draw on this rich blend of heritage, experience, and care in everything she shares.
