I am a specialised Pilates trainer, Polestar® Pilates movement specialist, Pilates reformer trainer, TRX group trainer and Body Flex deep breathing specialist. I have many years of experience in leading group classes for people of all ages.
"Live and move, never stop, share your movement with others" is my motto that inspired me to become a trainer. I have always been interested in healthy living. For 15 years I have been doing group and individual training, which is an indescribable experience.
I am constantly learning more about fitness trends, Pilates techniques and rehabilitation tools. In my classes I apply elements of different Pilates schools based on Pilates principles. I particularly appreciate the Franklin School - "movement through images". This method allows ordinary exercise to blossom in new colours. To achieve success and the true essence of Pilates, it is important to feel every movement with your body.
Whether you are young or old, female or male, healthy or facing health challenges, there is a sport for everyone. It will bring you joy, lightness, help you know your body, improve your health, strengthen your body and clear your mind. Sport helps to overcome stress, depression, fatigue, sadness, enriches life and makes us feel stronger and healthier.
