About the teacher
Marija Stonytė-Idzelė’s path to yoga began six years ago and soon became a steady source of inner balance. During a demanding professional period working on interior architecture projects, her practice offered a way to pause, turn inward, and find calm exactly when it was needed most. Over time, her attention naturally shifted from external forms to inner space, and last year she chose to deepen her journey by becoming a yoga teacher.
For Marija, yoga is a conscious moment of presence where body and mind meet. Inspired by art and nature, she values harmony, proportion, and an authentic inner resonance. In her teaching, she seeks healthy, sustainable movement that supports long-term strength, while cultivating clarity, openness, and a kind inner atmosphere.
Her guided practices invite participants into a lighter relationship with themselves—one shaped by calm, depth, and sincere movement.
