With over 15 years of experience, Marie is a dedicated certified E-RYT® yoga teacher who brings both depth and warmth to every class. Her approach blends the physical and mental dimensions of practice, supporting students in cultivating balance, strength, and mindful stillness on and off the mat. Drawing from the grounding tradition of Hatha yoga and the fluid energy of Vinyasa, she creates sessions that are both steady and dynamic, allowing space for presence, breath, and confident movement.
