As a passionate actress, I have had the opportunity to appear in productions such as Männerpension, Der Schuh des Manitu, and Drei Tage in Quiberon. My creative path is grounded in solid training at the Scuola Dimitri in Ticino, the SfSH, and the University of Music and Theatre Hamburg. Early teaching experience led me to develop my own method, one that uniquely combines presence, inner clarity, and authentic expression.
A defining moment was a two-month horse journey for an ARTE documentary, traveling from Arizona to Montana. Since then, my three horses have accompanied me as mirrors and sources of inspiration. Through them, I discovered how strength can emerge from gentleness and how devotion can lead to deep connection.
These experiences inspired ESCAPADE Marie Bäumer, an approach for people from all walks of life who want to give more space to their inner voice and move closer to their visions. The three pillars of my work are body awareness, emotional depth, and mental strength, helping dreams come into motion.
In my ateliers, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where each person is invited to discover their own “unique melody.” I see yoga as a natural complement, as it supports balance, connection, and vibrant presence. It brings me joy to accompany others toward greater lightness, clarity, and expressive power — toward what they are at their core.
