Originally from Puerto Rico, Maribel has spent more than five years working as a licensed massage therapist. Her path into the healing arts began on a deeply personal note, after her son was diagnosed with autism and she discovered the powerful benefits of therapeutic touch for children and people with developmental delays and sensory processing disorder.
That experience inspired her to expand her training and deepen her practice. Today, Maribel is a certified cranio sacral therapist and Reiki practitioner, known for creating sessions that go beyond a traditional massage. She thoughtfully combines techniques from multiple modalities, including trigger point work, deep tissue, myofascial release, and reflexology, to support each client’s unique needs.
Maribel is especially skilled in easing tension in the neck and shoulders, as well as addressing lower back discomfort, including sciatica. She also brings experience and care to working with people living with chronic and autoimmune conditions such as multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and arthritis.
