I completed my yoga teacher training at the renowned “Yogaschule Miltenberg – Der Indische Weg” under the guidance of Barbara Nagel, always in strict accordance with BDY guidelines. My teaching is deeply rooted in the Vini Yoga tradition as taught by Sriram R., T.K.V. Desikachar, and Sri Krishnamacharya. This clear approach emphasizes the gradual development of a solid practice and adapts each exercise individually to the needs of the practitioner.
After training as an actress in London and working extensively in physical theatre, I returned to Bensheim in 1991 and initially devoted myself to family life. From 2006 onward, I worked as a certified Pilates and back school instructor. Numerous further trainings in relaxation techniques and spiral dynamics ultimately led me to yoga. This experience awakened in me a deep desire to expand my knowledge through a well-founded training.
I finally found at the BDY “Yogaschule Miltenberg – Der Indische Weg” what I had been searching for for so long. My mentor Barbara Nagel passes on her knowledge within a long-standing tradition shaped by Sriram R., TKV Desikachar, and Sri Krishnamacharya. I am deeply moved to be part of this lineage and look forward to sharing this precious knowledge with my participants.
Yoga is, for me, the essential balance to the demanding requirements of everyday life. The intended harmony between body, breath, and mind in equal measure gives me strength and awareness. It teaches me to move through life with mindfulness toward myself and those around me. Yoga is an experiential path that gifts me great serenity and trust.
