Dr. Maria Rosaria Mastroianni is a psychologist with strong clinical expertise, supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families. For the past three years, she has dedicated her work to an internship at the rehabilitation center Casa Santa Rosa, with the meaningful aim of supporting the development of people with disabilities in every area of life. She earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Sapienza University of Rome, presenting a thesis on persuasion, and successfully completed a second-level master’s program in psychosocial training within the TIVA group. She also brings more than thirteen years of professional experience as an HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist in the corporate sector.
Her path of specialization in social psychology is central to her professional growth, and she is currently deepening this background through psychotherapy training at A.R.P.C.I., a specialization school for psychologists and physicians with a cognitive-interpersonal orientation.
Deeply convinced of the intrinsic value and uniqueness of every person, she stands against the standardized models imposed by contemporary society. She recognizes the strength and passion we mobilize each day to face life’s challenges. For her, love for oneself and for others is expressed through respect and mutual loyalty. Being authentic, and helping others become authentic, is both her personal and professional goal. The therapeutic relationship offers the chance to begin again from a secure base, allowing us to explore the world with greater trust in ourselves and in others, as John Bowlby reminded us.
