Maria has spent the past 10 years practicing and teaching yoga across the world. She completed her 500-hour teacher training in Israel, where she gained much of her professional experience.
Her classes are rooted in Hatha Yoga and are complemented by breathwork and meditation. She offers a simple, accessible practice that welcomes everyone.
Maria also spent two years in Cambodia as head teacher and manager of a beautiful yoga retreat. There, she witnessed how practice, simple food, laughter, time in nature, playfulness, and the support of like-minded people can create a deep sense of lightness. That experience inspired her to keep sharing these powerful tools for self-realization, harmony, and balance.
She also teaches healing yoga, partner yoga, laughter yoga, mindfulness practices, and meditation.
Maria loves cooking and baking plant-based meals and desserts. She also enjoys being around people and being of service.
