I have always been naturally drawn to movement, connection, and the quiet spaces in between — even if it took me years to understand that what I was really seeking was a deeper relationship with myself.
Born and raised in Germany to Italian parents, I have lived between cultures, disciplines, and different ways of seeing the world. My first experience of presence came through sport: I played professional soccer until the age of 18, then followed a more conventional route by studying economics and working for multinational corporations. On paper, I was successful, but inside I felt increasingly distant from meaning and simplicity.
In my mid-twenties, I stepped away from corporate life and spent a transformative year traveling through 10 countries. Immersed in new languages and cultures, I rediscovered curiosity, connection, and the beauty of simply being.
That path eventually brought me to Thai Yoga Massage, opening an entirely new chapter in my life. I had originally planned to stay in Thailand for two weeks, but I intentionally missed my return flight so I could continue studying and fully absorb the energy of this ancient healing art. It was also there that I first encountered Qi Gong, a practice that has remained with me ever since.
Understanding the value of combining traditional wisdom with a solid foundation in anatomy and professional bodywork, I moved to San Diego, California, in 2012 to study at IPSB College and become a certified Holistic Health Professional & Massage Therapist. I also completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Encinitas.
Since then, my journey has taken me through Thailand, India, Laos, and Bali, where I deepened my studies in yoga, Qi Gong, and holistic bodywork. In 2019, I formally completed my long-term Qi Gong practice with a certified teacher training in Bali with Forest Rock Qi Gong.
From this wide-ranging experience, I developed SOUL IN TOUCH, a method that brings together bodywork, movement, and personal transformation. To support this approach, I created my own yoga style, YogaQiFlow — a flowing practice that blends Qi Gong principles with embodied yoga to prepare both myself and others for bodywork and deeper inner connection.
Today, I live in Tenerife with my partner Alice and our three sons, Noah, Jonah, and Elia, at Casa el Riego — a space dedicated to community, healing, and sustainable living. Through the SOUL IN TOUCH Academy, I offer massages, Qi Gong, yoga, bodywork trainings, and community retreats for people who, like I once did, feel caught between two worlds and long for a meaningful, embodied life beyond their roles.
My mission is simple: to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover joy through presence.
