My first ceremonial encounter with sacred psilocybin mushrooms came after I had reached an impassable wall following a decade of therapy. To my surprise, that experience finally lifted the heavy weight of complex PTSD and became my most spiritually meaningful experience to date. As I continued sitting with the sacred fungi, they shared a message that felt unmistakably true: my sacred purpose is to serve sacred plants and fungi, supporting people’s healing with “the plants on center stage.” Trusting that guidance, I said yes.

My work is rooted in two decades devoted to personal growth, healing, and spiritual exploration. Through deep inner work, I have moved beyond anxiety and depression connected to complex PTSD, and transformed a personal history shaped by intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, chronic illness, sexual assault, divorce, miscarriage, and the particular challenges of being highly sensitive and empathic. That journey led me through the layers of my own underworld and into greater wisdom, compassion, and love for myself and others. Today, I support others in doing the same.

I have always valued a holistic, integrated approach to healing and growth. My path began with immersive study of spiritual teachings from diverse modern and ancient traditions, including Orthodox and Mystical Islam, Buddhism (Theravada, Nyingma, and Zen), Classical Hatha Raja Yoga, the Divine Feminine, Folk Herbalism and Magic, The Poison Path, Animism, and Earth-Based Spirituality. Over time, I also brought in life coaching, trauma therapy, somatics, parts integration work, and psychedelics and plant medicines. In this way, my work brings together lived experience and study to explore the transpersonal, interpersonal, and intrapersonal dimensions of healing and growth.

For the past nine years, I have been dedicated full time to helping sensitive people reconnect with their intuition and embody their wisdom. My grounded approach is both transcendent and practical, bridging the personal, relational, and collective. I draw from a rich toolkit developed over many years, including somatic trauma resolution, shadow and parts integration work, dreamwork, ancestral healing, plant consciousness, mindfulness, life coaching, ritual arts, and past life regression, among others.
